Returns

All returns must be emailed to customerservice@leopardbabyboutique.com and will be reviewed. 

1. An item is only eligible for a return within 5 calendar days of delivery, in its original condition. 
2. Must not be worn, damaged, and placed in original packaging with no rips/ tears. NO smell of smoke or Pet hair on any items. 
3. Refunds back to original payment method. SHIPPING FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE  
4. Return Process must be completed within 5 days after approval or the return will be invalid. 
5. We DO NOT do exchanges of any kind unless item is damaged or wrong size was sent. Due to inventory selling out and sizes not being available.
6. YOU are responsible for return shipping charges. Unless it was our fault. 
7. Once item is returned and inspected, a refund will be processed. 
   
   
8. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS DUE TO USPS DELAYS IF WE SHIPPED ON OUR PART WITHIN OUR TAT AGREED TO 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS. WE CAN NOT CONTROL USPS. 
9. Order cancellations- 6% Fee of total order for cancellations before our shipping time frame. NO EXCEPTIONS.
